MEET…
Maybe you are checking out church for the first time in a long time or the first time ever. Either way, we would love to get to know you. On Sunday mornings we want our guests to feel welcome and learn about a God who really does love and care about you. At LakePoint, you will find people just like you. What you won’t find are perfect people… not even close. Students, parents, single adults, grandparents, and kids will all be there looking to God for answers to some of life’s most difficult challenges.
KNOW…
Another desire of LakePoint is to learn how to build a daily relationship with God. Believe it or not, the whole reason God created you was to have a relationship with you. Not only one on one with Him but growing with others. One of the ways we can do this together is through our cove groups which meet on a regular basis in the living rooms of people in three different counties. It is a chance to learn that no one is perfect and everyone has struggles in this world. It is also an opportunity to share the good times as well. It is a lot easier to walk through this life with others than to walk alone.
FOLLOW…
After a person meets God personally and begins to build a relationship with Him, you develop a passion to follow Him. We believe the Bible teaches that everyone has a God-given purpose(s) in life. Once that purpose is found, passion soon follows. Our goal is to help people discover their purpose and gifts that God has given them. We also encourage people to find, develop, and live out their purpose in every day life. God offers fulfillment in life through knowing Him and discovering the many reasons why you were put on this earth.
